The Lakeside Office Park is Hiring a Leasing Manager Near Wakefield, MA
The right person would be able to oversee all aspects of commercial leasing.
Responsibilities would include but not be limited to managing multiple tenants; job duties include collecting rents, handling requests for maintenance or repairs, and negotiating new lease contracts.
Organizing weekly reporting to owners and park communication, organizing cads, rent increases, tenant improvements and more.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,891.00 - $63,161.00 per year
